All items are made after placing the order and production and delivery are estimated at approximately 7/10 working days for fur, teddy and cashmere coat items.

Resi - Returns are not allowed on personalized items.

By placing an order you are purchasing an item(s) on and subject to the following terms and conditions; 

NON we offer refunds, exchanges or returns on any of our products, this is a legal agreement when you buy from us. All sales are final. All garments are made in the measurements requested on our table and provided to us by you after or before purchase. Choose your personal style to create with more than 30 colors available, among different sizes listed. The size tables displayed on our website are for reference only and the guidelines can always be changed upon your request. 

Privacy Policy

PART 1 - WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the purchasing and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide to us such as your first name, last name, address and email address for order purposes only.

Our credit card processor and PayPal and we do not store i details of the credit card nor do we share financial details with third parties. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system and prevent fraud. 

Email Marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, promotions and other updates. 

PART 2 - CONSENT 

How do I obtain my consent? 
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we understand that you consent to our collecting and using it for that specific reason. 
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will directly ask you for your expressed consent or give you an opportunity to say no. 

How do I withdraw my consent?

PARTE 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. It provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services. 
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. We are not personally responsible for any data lost by Shopify. 

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information. It is encrypted via PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the purchase transaction. Once complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Our credit and debit card processor, and PayPal, does not store your details of the credit or debit card nor does it share Mileluxdesign's financial details with any third parties. 

PART 5 - SAFETY 

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, used, disclosed, altered or destroyed. 
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with an AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

All order times displayed on our website are general delivery times only. Each item will differ in the time it is manufactured, especially if there are backlogs of items to overcome or during busy periods such as Christmas. By purchasing you accept that there are no defined delivery times for a bespoke garment and that the estimate of 10 working days is only an estimate. We cannot be held responsible if garments arrive later than described, or even before the stated time if applicable.

The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. 
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Some products or services may be available exclusively online through the Website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

Shipping information

Your purchases made on the Mileluxdesign site are typically delivered to the recipient in 1-2 working days from the shipment of the order after having finished and notified the customer of the finished tailor-made creation.

The actual shipping time operated by our courier SDA generally takes (1-2 working days in most Italian locations).
By "working days" we naturally mean from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays. In exceptional cases, shipping may be delayed due to force majeure (for example weather events, strikes, etc.).

For international shipments, delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days with UPS courier. The shipping cost may vary for countries within the European Union and outside the European Union depending on the geographical location.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

For all orders on our site the shipping cost is totally free throughout Italy.
